In order to upload, you need to have a Plus (or higher) subscription to Mixfall. This can be obtained through our Patreon and subscribing to the Mixfall Plus tier.

Currently, Mixfall supports signing in through Discord and Patreon. You can link your account by going into your profile settings (todo: Add Link) and adding the additional link. If you've already created a separate account on differernt platforms and want to merge the two, please contact support through our Discord (link above) or Contact Email (shwon below).

By subscribing to Mixfall Plus through our Patreon, you gain the ability to upload mixes to our platform, as well as having every audio stream updated up to 256kbps AAC (if available). More membership features will be coming soon, but higher quality audio and upload access is what comes with the membership as of February 2026.

It can take up to 15 minutes for your account to update. You can use the Check Account Status button in the sidebar, under your user card (at the bottom) to manually update it. If it takes longer than 15 minutes and you still do not have the ability to upload, please contact support through our Discord (link above) or Contact Email (shown below).

Every mix you published will remain as-is on the service. We will not hide, obscure, or demote your mixes because you decided to cancel your membership. You will only lose the ability to upload new mixes. However, you still can edit and delete your published mixes.
