1. Who are we?

a. "We" are Proxima Virtual LLC, the owner of Mixfall.

2. The Data We Collect

a. The service Mixfall collects data on both users who are signed-in and signed-out, but generally it only collects data that is required for the site to function as designed.

b. We collect the following direct information on signed-in users:

i. Username, Display Names, and Profile Pictures from our authentication platforms (Discord and Patreon).

ii. The email from the account used to log in from our authentication platforms.

iii. The status of your membership of our Campaign Page on Patreon, if your account is connected via Patreon.

c. What do we use signed-in information for:

i. Public data, like your Username, Display Name, and Profile Picture are used for basic service functionality and setting up your account with us.

ii. Your email is used internally for verification purposes for account linking, explicitly opt-in email notifications, and manually contacting you about legal requests or issues with your account if other forms of contact are not available.

iii. The status of your Patreon membership is used to grant your account access to additional features on the service.

d. We may also collect data for all users on the website:

i. IP Addresses: We use anonymized IP addresses to collect public and private facing counts that are core features of the service including Mix View Counters and Listening Frequency.

ii. Our website may collect anonymized usage information through our partner Cloudflare, which our website sits behind.

3. How Long Is Data Retained?

a. Any Personal Data collected by our platform will be retained indefinitely but can be requested to be deleted at any point by contacting us.

b. You can request all your Personal Data in a readable format from us at any time by reaching out to a contact email, to which we will grant your request within 30 days.

4. Is My Information Sent Anywhere Else?

a. All Data collected by Mixfall will not be shared with any third-party partners or outside services unless explicitly opted in by a consenting user.

b. Your Data is not used for marketing purposes, and we do not gain anything from your Data. Your Data is explicitly used for site functionality.

5. Cookies

a. A “Cookie” is a piece of information stored in the browser that allows websites and to e_iciently perform actions and keep track of data. Our site only stores necessary cookies. There are no metrics collection or marketing cookies on our website.

b. We may place the following necessary cookies for site functionality:

i. Log In Information – Includes access tokens and information identifying who you are.

ii. Layout Preferences – Includes website layout preferences (whether the sidebar is toggled or not)
